WHAT - In the Fall, Winter and Spring sessions, SET’s nationally recognized coaching staff runs a FREE, 1-hour fundamental shooting clinic geared for beginning and club level athletes.
WHEN - The SET Open House Fundamental Shooting Clinics are held on the 2nd Friday of each month from 5:00-6:00pm at either El Toro High School or Santa Margarita Catholic High School.
WHO - Clinics are open to all SET and Junior Water Polo athletes, as well as friends, family, peers and classmates who are interested in trying the sport of water polo.
HOW - The clinics are a balance between specific shooting and open shooting. A typical clinic trainings is as follows:
- Warm Up Swim/Passing: 5:00pm-5:10pm
- Warm Up Shooting: 5:10pm-5:20pm
- Specific Skill Shooting: 5:20pm-5:40pm
- Open Shooting: 5:40pm-6:00pm
